It includes everything needed to build and scale your product: hands-on coding, architecture, code reviews, deployment, PLUS technical leadership, coaching, and process improvement. One simple subscription covers both execution and strategy.
We are not locked into fixed roles. One week I might focus 100% on shipping a critical feature. The next week might be 50% development and 50% mentoring your team to improve their workflow. We align on this mix weekly based on your current needs.
Absolutely. I integrate as a Lead Developer or Tech Lead. I help your team grow, improve code quality, and remove bottlenecks, while also actively contributing code. It's like adding a senior leader who actually builds things.
I act as your fractional CTO and lead developer. We build your MVP or product together, but we set up scalable processes from day one, so you're ready when it's time to hire a team.
At the start of each month, we define macro goals. We then have weekly check-ins to track progress and adjust priorities. You define the business direction; I ensure the technical execution aligns with it.
Direct costs for cloud infrastructure (AWS, etc.), original UI/UX design (I implement designs, but I don't create them from scratch), and non-technical operational tasks. Specialized workshops or recruiting support are available as add-ons.
The service is month-to-month. While there are no long-term lock-ins, I recommend a minimum of 3 months to see meaningful structural improvements and product momentum.
Billing is €3,000/month + VAT (if applicable). Invoices are issued at the start of the month. For EU companies with a valid VIES VAT ID, reverse charge applies.
